in the states, when you got to restaurants or bars they have this sign, "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone."

If it is a private club or exclusive restaurant, i believe they can do that. We won't really know the legality of Paseo's move until somebody makes a big fuss about it and file a case in court but I don't think that won't happen. So until then, their decision to stand to ban frat members will stand.

At this time mura pa ug iring ug iro ang AKP ug TGP mao dili gud na angayan sila taparon. Why would they sacrifice their millions of investment to just a small percentage of the total customers. Karon nga time angayan gyud mong i-discriminate kay daghan sa inyong members salot sa katilingban. That's why its every members obligation to clear your name para free na mo mosulod bisan asa nga establishment. Lastly, para nako, mas mo-Hit sad ang business like Paseo kung ilang ma-highlight sa public nga AKP ban sa ilang establishment which gave a notion nga safe ang ilang establishment. Kana kung tinuod nga gi-ban ang AKP sa Paseo, business strategy gyapon ni with matching safety. Just my 2 cents mga pare.

Last time I was there strict kaayo sila when it comes to minors, magcheck gyud ug ID if kadudahan ang dagway nga bata pa kaayo, we even have one friend nga wa kasulod even though she was 19 because baby face kaayo. I haven't been there in the last 4 months, ani na ko kalate sa updates.hehe

It's a special/private occasion, not a public one. The place, the time and the facilities are paid thus anybody regarding of any age is allowed as long as they're invited.
