if you do this kind of exercise in the morning with an empty stomach then thats going to do you more harm than good. you should at least eat something or YES you can possibly faint! a very light breakfast like a piece of banana and cereal or a cup of milk and a toasted bread is light enough that your body will be forced to used up the stored energy (in this case the fats!) during your exercise. unsa-on manang nindot ug lawas nya mapas-mo diay toOriginally Posted by doce_pares

especially daw if you tend to overdo it and you take those drinks and huge tablets they prescribe you..i have two friends, they work-out in two different gyms but they are both very serious about pumping irons and achieving those bulky looks..after three months nag complain sila, aw i mean their gf's both complained "migamay man hon" hehehe is this true? na topic namo na last night coz nag inom mi and as you know "in wine there is truth" nanggawas ang ilang mga concerns
i only know if mag steriod maka gamay sa imu...
gamay lang tan-awn kung modako ila lawas.
