Hello, unsay employment process diha sa NCR?
I mean diba.
-First kay 2 sets of technical exams
-Then they call you for a technical interview.

Questions:
1. Pwede mangayo ug tips sa Tech interview? (optional)
2. After this unsa man sunod?
3. How much ilang starting salary for a programmer?
4. How's the current management going on? (Ive read a lot of eye opening threads)
5. Finally, do you think I should accept a job offer if should be given one? (please be honest and help me decide correctly. Besides wala bitaw mawala ninyo dba?)

1. Usually kung sa tech interview.. kung programmer basics of obect oriented concepts ang e focus na questions.. and more on sa language na imo preference.

2. Depende sa interviewer sauna pero karon.. if mo pass ka sa interview.. basin naa second interview or dretso na final interview.

3. Less experienced to no experience is before kay 12,000 pero i think karon ila na gi raise to 13,000. Kay I think if taas pa ang starting like 14,000 or more.. murag daghan mo palag na developers.

4. Prepare.. there are a lot of office politics.. pero you'll do fine if ang imong work mode is "I'm working and don't care about other stuff mode".

5. try to look sa sa other companies.. basin naa sila nindot na ma offer (in terms of salary or mgt).. but hey why not.. your decision.. Hmmm.. as for me. I'm trying to get out but can't.. and if mo nindot ang environment in the future..maybe I'll stay pero kung di kay ma stressed ko so.... (next.. hehe)

1. They have night shift. How is it? The sched and stuff..
2. Is it true that they are moving to a new office?
3. How many are their working days in a week? Is it Mon-Fri or till Sat?
4. There are a lot of bad comments about them in this thread. How about some good ones naman o? I'm sure meron naman siguro no? Haha!
