Special treatment should be over since she is not willing to tell anything and preferably would want to die before telling the truth. There is no need for a state witness that is practically useless.

She has been given a chance and she blew it. I think it's time for her to move to a regular jail. It was all made clear to her in the hearing, she has been warned.

I've never been a fan of Chiz Escudero's stand on politics
but for the first time I agree with his suggestion to the rest
of the Senate body to put Napoles to a regular jail rather
than shelling out 150k to provide her special treatment since
her life is at risk. I find it bull in the first place to give her such
because she's only playing the pity card when in fact she has
no plans of telling the whole truth. She's playing us for a fool
and making the Senate hearing a mockery on the taxpayers'
expense...

Napoles doesn't deserve our tax money. Let her patrons give
her the special favors to protect their ulterior motives...

Just my two cents of the billions these thieves took away from us.
