The Supreme Court denied the petition of Koko Pimentel with regard to the temporary restraining order for the exclusion of Maguindanao votes. Apparently, the justices held at 12-0 to dismiss the petition for the TRO.

This is bad news for the younger Pimentel. Not when Zubiri has taken the 12th spot and votes from Maguindanao may be counted. He doesn't want to declare failure of elections nor special elections to take place, anyway. Now, he must take the consequences that he might really be dislodged from the 12th spot.
