we have just talked to atty. gerick paderanga of the paderanga law office in ramos. he is our lawyer to handle this case to finally end this swindling case. i was able to contact him and he said we have a strong case against dark_rott or ms. noelle ouano and the person named chad for malicious mischief. we were advised not to meet in the barangay since our evidence is strong having documents of the vaccination certificate that was misdeclared as pure shih tzu but was found otherwise.

this alone according to atty. paderanga is a case of perjury punishable by law from 6 years to 12 years imprisonment. in which case what happened in this situation. we are also including chad and we will be filing a case to him once we get his complete identity for malicious mischief. we were advised to print out the comments made by chad for documentation and evidence to be presented in court.

we just want that this wont happen to any other sincere dog lovers like us to be fooled by people who do not have the credibility to breed and sell dogs of high breed nature. we are also coordinating with the kennel club of cebu for them to be aware of this modus operandi conducted by some "as-if breeders"[br]Posted on: May 14, 2007, 02:07:12 PM_________________________________________________
