we have 8 aspins and 15 pusapin?. puro rescued sa akong dobermans. ang name nila kay... moby, mienie, bello, spotty, sheldon, robin, maya and kelly.

not yet spayed and neutered. next month pa mag start. 1 at a time pra dli lisod alagaan. all vaccinated. gasto... but hug hug lng nila bayad na ang kamahal sa parvo 5in1 :v

Good morning aspin lovers!!!
Ill be adding a new member of my pack...
We got her from the pound because we had a final project for our surgery subject and it includes opening the dogs ventral body. In short we did an exploratory laparatomy. We chose her as our specimen for the activity, then after the activity i felt something in her that makes me want to adopt her. Among our group I am the only one she trusted, for some reason i don't know why.
At first she only allows me and no one else to touch her, carry or go near her, she growls at everyone except me... Every time they change her bandages my attention is always called up because of the situation that she only allows me to carry her and hold her.
After 4 days had past since the activity, she grew more confidence and allowed everyone to touch her, but i never gave them the opportunity to grow more confidence towards her because they might handle her the wrong way or approach her the wrong way and they might get bitten, but i never stopped to let them touch and communicate with her for them to learn that a dog has a lot of attitudes that they don't know. Its part of a vet student to understand their patients because the patient cant talk. "action speaks louder than voice" that is my motto towards handling animals..

So this is her, my lovely and gorgeous new member of the pack "LEONA"...




This is her stitches, they are now healing and she is now a very active dog.. Our instructor spayed her and that was a good thing that he did..

for the last 13 years of taking care of dogs, dunay sagol aspin amo...
as of now, i have 3 dogs, third batch of companions nako...
among the 3 my favorite is my 11 years old aspin...joggin, hiking, mountain climbing, mangompra, he's always with me...
off the leash at all times...

I really love dogs... Sa baboyan sa ako dad sa province daghan kaau ang pack namo of aspins didto... Sila nag bantay hehehe... Pila gani to ka generations hehe....
