    Then why not help the fisherman, why not contact PCG or anyone in the area... When something happen at sea, even a small collision mag contact gyud na ang barko to the nearest point...

    Kung in-ani man gani, unsa naman ipasabot ana, free nalang mamangga ug mga fisherman ang mga barko sa China... If it's a cargo ship, then the captain of that must be charged...

    My theory is dili vessel ang reason sa pag sink sa boat. It could be the storm nga nag cause ug huge waves kay bagyo bya anang panahona. Or accident gyud nga nabanggaan kay wala sila mabantayi tungod sa bagyo. If tinuyo man gud, maghuwat nalang gyud sila ug Pinoy boat nga ilang banggaan? These are just my speculations so I could be very wrong.
