    I suggest go for sa established na nga developer. I suggest na adto ka sa Pre-Selling sa Credible na Developer. There's is nothing wrong with Pre-Selling as long as established na nga Developer. We are talking about millions here. Sometimes man gud, ang mga tao man gud, mo kagat sa tan-aw nila na barato pero dili established pa. Tendency, in the end sila mag suffer. Check the track record sa developer.

    2 years plus nani since nag preselling...
    weird lng kau ilang model house mura g buhat2x rah bah para pakita....."Tan.awa ang duplex wala cyay tupad ka duplex niya"

    aksyon tah ka balaka, dugay pud kau naka patag sa bukid... in.ani jud ni ka dugay?

    Legit ni cla?
    Kinsa to ni palit ani or kato ni back-out ask lng unsa ila reason ni backout
