NCAA Rules
According to Rule 3-9.9 of the Official NCAA Rulebook, players can only use an arm sleeve for medical reasons, and the team’s coach or medical staff must provide these reasons, so players do not have to wear them. This cuts down on the number of players using these sleeves for aesthetic reasons at the college basketball level. It is against the rules to use this equipment to gain an advantage over an opponent in any manner, such as to keep your shooting arm warm to improve accuracy, which explains why the NCAA imposed arm sleeve regulations.

Pagpa-uso ni Allen Iverson anang armsleeves some time in 2001-2002, nipalit pod dayon ko sa USA Sports (ambot kahinumdom pa ba mo ani tindahana).. And true to its claims, ni-init jud akong arm.. Pero murag wa may effect sa shooting accuracy..Hehe Amung kontra pod ato kay nag improvise, high socks sa iyang papa iyahang giputlan then maoy gihimong armsleeve! Pwerte jud ka-warm!!
Naay estorya sa una nga pang-tabon daw toh sa gang tattoos ni AI iyang armsleeves.. Karon gihimo ng fashion statement sa halos tanan players mapa NBA or baryo league.

sa una ang players pwede ra kaau mo plead his case sa refs.... karon bisan mo react lang sila sa call kay madala sa emotions, technical na dayon!....
hopefully tang tangon ning pagka strikto sa refs.... kay ang uban refs abusar ra kaau...hahaha

flopping.. isa sa maka bati sa game.. maayo kaayo si lebron, bosh, ginobili, fisher, ani....... and pinaka king ani kay si Vlade Divac..
