So imo diay nga ipasabot ron nga just because they have relatives in the provinces who may be influenced by their squatter relatives working in the city ang Capitol nay sad-an ron nga i evict ni sila.

And to tell you frankly, I pay taxes to the City Hall and I also pay local taxes in the province kay duna sad koy mga properties ngadto. But sa akong paminaw karon mora man nuon ug gusto nimong ihulagway dire nga squatters deserve a break. That they can do what ever they want without impunity. That is anarchy. Ug tungod lang sa vote nga imong giingon and this people are even not the claimants themselves kay nag rent lang na sila sa mga squattters nga maoy mga claimants nga kunuhay beneficiaries sila angayan mo kupo si Gwen ug dawaton nalang ang land swap though everybody's knowledge that squatting is wrongdoing and this kind of wrongdoing that lingered for several years now has to be stopped.

Mao man gyud bitaw unta.

Tom has the POGI points.... GWEN gets nothing......

Itukod na ang CIudad sa mandaue.......

Because I don't think CIUDAD will help the people of CEBU PROVINCE...

What is needed is to Promote investment outside CEBU CITY.... Same as what LITO OSMENA did to Balamban.... Why NOT MAKE JOBS in the RURAL municipalities of CEBU

so workers don't have to TRAVEL to the URBAN areas to find work

CIUDAD will just Cause so much traffic... and The QUALITY of Life in the CITY will be AFFECTED...

So CIUDAD should be built but not in BANILAD....

Just goes to SHOW Gov. Garcia has NO strategic planning....

I will ONLY support CIUDAD if all the workers come from the RURAL areas..... That will prove once and for all that CIUDAD benefits the
PEOPLE of CEBU PROVINCE... not just CEBU CITY

In the end Gwen will have to decide what is good for her constituents and Tomas also has to decide what is good for his constituents. Ug political lang ang imong gipasabot dire, you have a point. But you must remember that it wasn't Gwen who screwed up during that first deal for the land swap. It was City Hall who blew it. Mao bitaw cguro nga the latest statment ni Tomas nga kaunun niya iyang pride. Ug kinahanglan nga mangayo siya ug sorry, he will do that. Ug kinahanglang moluhod kuno siya, iya nang buhaton para lang sa iyang mga constituents. Wow! very heroic. Sabagay hapit na ang Holy Week. Basin ug ma enlightened ning duha.

Wa pa man nato matugkad ang plano ni Gwen parte ining Ciudad. The lot is in a commercial area unya imo lang ipa squat pareho sa Barrio Luz nga ug nimo pa mga squatters mga tawo diha? Kung mao nay nahunahuna-an ni Gwen duna siyay mga strategy unsa-on unya nga maka benefit ang iyang mga constituents ana.

Please visit their office in banilad...

CIUDAD is a mixed commericial and entertainment center....

    Clearly it attracts traffic....

and most of all I don't see how it benefits the PEople of cebu province....

I will repeat... If CIUDAD will Employ workers from the RURAL areas of CEBU.... then i see the benefits... if not..... the PEOPLE of CEBU PROVINCE won't get any benefit at all.......

As I SAID... BRING INVESTMENTS to the RURAL AREAS..... MAKE the jobs closer to the PEOPLE... don't let people travel far to find a job...

    LOOK at MANILA.....

I don't want CEBU CITY to be like MANILA.....
