About sa imong business sir, is it a MLM or not? coz sa akong pagsabot, ur business is not MLM kay wla man downlines downlines..

about sa products sir, nowadays the MLM products are not personal products like shoes.. its more on food supplements.. now, if the products has an equal or higher the price than the known brands, its because we believe that our products are more effective than the others.

Sakto man sad na ang gibutang nga "BE A MILLIONAIRE" kay possible man jud nga mamilyonaryo sa MLM basta trabahoon lang.

To all anti MLM, are u a member of MLM? if YES, are you a full time networker

ang makalagot jud sa networking is how these networkers will invite you like jolibee, mcdo, kfc, inom nga mag-abot mo sa particular place near the office of networking company and ing-ana diay dad-on diha sa office nga ang gi-invite louy kaayu pasmu ang labas kay gi-ilad sa nag recruit.

in the first place, it is very impossible nga dili mangilad ang mga networkers... pag invite lang daan ilad naman gani. mao nang naa gani makigmeet nako like jolibee, mcdo, inom, i always ask nganong makigmeet ka nako or nganong mo-bangka ka nako? hehehe naa bitaw ko classmate sa college nga sigeg pang recruit nako sa UNO... wa siya ka-gets nga dili ko interesado... ako siyang gi-block sa facebook og sa akong moblie phone para di na katawag nako pero makadawat pa ko sa iyang text but dili nako reply...

di man gud maau nga "BE A MILLIONAIRE" inyong pitch sa MLM sir. ngano? misleading kaau... "kay possible man jud nga mamilyonaryo sa MLM basta trabahoon lang." - true, but pwede man sad ka ma milyonaryo sa bisan unsang job, basta trabahuon lng nimo.

also, sa price sa inyong products - tinuod ba jud kaha nga mas effective na kaysa sa leading brands? Or could it be your PRIDE talking? kay member man mo sa MLM nga ga-market ana and you are expected to be loyal to your company/products...

I've always kept an open mind to MLM, but not anymore. grabe kaau! most are simply preying on people na man gud.. tsk tsk

The network marketing industry is the only industry where an average person can become wealthy.

Donald trump has his own network marketing company, Robert kiyosaki (writer of rich dad, poor dad) highly suggests network marketing. The 3rd most richest person in the entire world, Warren buffet has his own network marketing company.

88 million people around the world are involved in network marketing.

Colgate, palmolive, gmc, coca cola and more are all doing network marketing. Why? Biggest reason is that the costs for advertising drop down by the millions of dollars. Second, if you create a group of people that will promote the products through word of mouth and create a fair compensation plan then you both help the company and yourself and the person that you will train.

That is actually network marketing: you promote a product or service through your network of friends. There is nothing wrong with that. Why? People do it every single day. Whether you promote your tv shows, restaurants, movies, radio stations, girlfriends and boyfriends, whatever. At the end of the day when you promote products or services to your friends. You are doing network marketing. The question is: do you get paid for it?

The difference between scams and legitimate companies?

Most scams have a binary system, where you recruit 2 people, pair them together and you make money. Those 2 will find 2 each and you pair those 4 together and you make money again. So what is the scam? The person makes money based on recruiting alone. Initially that's a scam. There should be movement of products in order for a company to be legitimate. Now, some scam companies are smarter. They come up with products like the best vitamin c in the world supposed to cure everything. Tell you what, that same vitamin c, I can get it in India for 10 cents. They are bumping up the price to 6000 php and that's supposed to be your "distributor kit" it's a generic product and it does not have benefits whatsoever.

Why are there scams in the Philippines?

The Philippine law has a consumer act which allows companies like that to spring up. If you consider Singapore, they have a consumer law. Meaning that companies that practice such things are banned and if they start up, they will be forced to go down or chances of getting sued.

Again, network marketing is truly the greatest industry a person can be a part of. It requires hard work, it's not a get rich quick sceem. It has no headaches, no paperworks, no overhead, no rental, no warehousing, no storage, no employees compared to a traditional business. With hard work and perseverance, you could retire within 5 years of hardworking and get paid for life.

    How?

You teach other people to become successful so that they can teach other people to become successful. Network marketing is all about leadership. With scams, when they have a new distributor, normally they don't teach that person and leave the person alone. For me, If I don't teach my people, I dont get paid. What's 10% of 0 if you don't make anything?

I'm not gonna list any scams nor am I gonna list any legitimate ones. Just take a look at this: Welcome to the Frontpage

What is dsap? It's the direct selling association of the Philippines. Direct selling is another term for network marketing. Click on directory, if your company is not there, you are probably a scam.

I hope I was able to help, the reason why network marketing has become considered a scam to people is because they are not educated.

If you are going to ask about if it's a scam. Why do you ask people who are number one, not successful in the industry and number 2 are not even doing it, or number 3 they failed.

Makes no sense right? They don't know it, they hear from their friends that it's a bad industry. Of course, it's bad. It's probably your fault that you failed. If you eat at a restaurant and you get sick, are all the restaurants bad?

So again, listen to people who are successful in the industry, it's the only way to really know what it's all about.

    About the common myths?

People one the top make the most money? Well, true in a sense. In any business, networking or not, if you are the first you make the most money. However, since network marketing allows you to get paid based on productivity you can earn more than your upline. It depends on you. The people on top make the most money? Look at your corporate ladder or the company that you work for. What shape is it? Pyramid right? Who is on top? The CEO, does the rank and file make more money than the CEO? I guess not. In network marketing that's possible.

It just shows right here in this entire thread that so many people are just so uneducated about network marketing.

Did you know that franchising was considered a scam before? In the days of when mcdonalds started it was considered a scam. Why would I pay 35 million pesos for a mcdonalds and then every month I have to pay you royalty fees as well?? Thats a scam....right now, franchises are everywhere...

So take a look at dsap.ph if your company is not there, possible your in a scam.
The showing of checks in presentations? Pathetic isn't it? So what if you made a 1000$ in one month? If you are a high position vp, ur better connected than me, your influential and you have more experience in your career than a fresh college graduate then of course that's what the check is for, I have to lure you in. But in the end, that person skills are way better than mine. Also, the sticker on the car? Please, that's hype...people try to lure you in so that you can see, look! I got a car from my business! Right, it might be your dads car. Please, I know people who have made more than a billion pesos in network marketing and its not just one person...

If ever you have questions, ask it to the write person.

@Mike: I think everyone here will agree that what we are talking here is the MLM, the one where people recruit and use pyramid schemes. and of course everyone one here will agree that networking is a powerful tool. As I have pointed out, I am also doing similar on my business but not to the extent of having downlines. By the way, thanks for sharing especially the link of dsap (but the site is down when I check)

DSAP site is still under renovation.

Network Marketing is a business method that has been accepted worldwide but it went over here in the philippines because no rules are guarding and government implementation is not strict.

If you want to know if a company is legit, check on the following:
    1. Member of DSAP.
    - if not included then its a scam.
    2. Founder of the Company.
    - how did the company start?
    * the company should have clear vision and mission and what is its purpose.
    - what is he companies vision and affiliations?
    * the company should have other organizations that are endorsing or using the products.
    * the company should have community service activities.
    3. Products of the Company.
    - are the products really working and they are using it?
    * the products should be used by members if they have great products, if not then it is just a front.
    - are they selling products?
    * products must be sold and not as part of the membership kit.
    4. Marketing method
    - is recruiting a primary work?
    * if they primarily recruit you to be part of the company, then its a scam.

Don't believe much on the promises.
Check on the entirety of the company first.
MLM is good business others are just taking advantage of it.

Agree, I simply wanted to point out what network marketing really is. A lot of people seem to very uneducated about it while in fact with choosing the right company, you could do really good. In the end, if the company is good. It still depends on the person.
