uhmm regarding springpole..
not all pits can be offleashed..yet we need a long leash so when if ever he might get distracted with anything the handler could retract him , just for safety purposes..

You are right again...definitely need a long leash. Check out (if you haven't seen it yet) the Working Pit Bull Show in Krakow, Poland, they do use long leashes.
