True, majority of locally popular online games are not supported by Linux.

You could try to present alternatives

    http://www.planeshift.it/main_01.html

Or look around for even more games that run under linux http://www.happypengiun.org

To run windows specific games, you'll either have to go with WINE or cedega's binaries. The major issue so far is with regards to gameguard's IE specific quirkiness. Hopefully this can be addressed soon by the game developers themselves.

Dug this up after a little google search..

ang sakto nga solution is a program that can run xp on a server, while other pcs on the network will run on a program that will utilize the windows xp on the server to play whatever apps are in the individual pc. mura bag mainframe/satellite setup kaniad2 sa ibm heydays. the individual pc will not run by themselves because walay os so the whole cafe is one computer system.
Ug mopalit ko ug mercedes benz nya akong ipa taxi, mobayad diay ko ug rental dues to mercedes kada naay mo sakay?
Ug magbuhat ko ug fake nga benz for sale magukod ko sa benz because of copyright laws but unless perfect copy nga 100% pareho sa original, dili man sila mogukod. Dapat they should make sure their products cannot be copied perfectly. Ug mopalit ko ug Xmen nga comiks, ibutang nako ug library for rentals, do I need to pay marvel comics for that?

somebody should be doing something about those laws, nag patuyang lang na sila, the more they push the more modaghan ang piracy.
they should ensure that their products cannot be copied kay all throughout history, civilization has progressed because nations copied from other nations' technologies,
there is no difference between intellectual rights and copyright sa mga hard objects like chairs, TVs, cars, engines, refridgerators etc.

By the way have you ever read the EULA when installing Windows XP or just press F8 instantly without reading it? If not, theres an agreement there that the software should not be used for rental or a third party use for a fee. Then if you use it for internet cafe then you violate the EULA.

Thats why microsoft came out with an idea the INTERNET RIGHTS AGREEMENT its a revision of the EULA that its okey to use the OS in internet cafe if you sign up for the agreement.

Thats for FREE no cost, no hidden agenda as long as you have genuine OS. A lot of internet cafe owners have availed the program and all of them are happy about... guess what Microsoft doing for those internet cafe owners who signed up?

    1. Exclusive Internet Cafe Oriented Posters from Microsoft.
    2. Windows XP Internet Cafe Oriented T-Shirt.
    3. Technical Support directly from microsoft.
    4. Exclusive dinner invites at a 5 star restaurant
    5. A whole lot more stuffs from microsoft that would distinguished them as a geniune microsoft cafe owners. Those pirated owner will envy them!!

All owners have been satisfied and happy with the program and they can say that MICROSOFT is taking care of them!!

microsoft is not the enemy here...nakigamit gud ta, isn't it just right to pay our dues? better be safe than sorry lalo na sa mga cafe owners...
