    mangreklamo man gani ta mosaka lang atong bills kay naay leak, nya saka sad kuryente kay naay wa napawong nga suga nabuntagan, appliances..... samot na kaha 24 hours AIRCON sa Condo.... plus sa ubang monthly expenses sa CONDO.... d mada.... hehehhehe......

    d maau condo...y kai sa imo monthly ra wala pa cya mahuman. naa pa jud ka bayranan extra charges maintenance charges. knang sa elevator, escalator, lobby lights, sekyu, maintenance peeps, ug uban pa.. grabe ka dako jud ana.. so think twice..ps. ang building is only good for 50 years..d nimo pwede ipa mana sa imo anak.. kai dile na cya ligon..

    for me both dali ra mahalin kung ire-sell kay both are in prime locations and come from a very good developer. u dont need to do a lot of convincing since naa nay pangalan ang developer and they are already proven. pero advantage cguro gamay ang Avida since masbarato cya so masdali gamay halinon.

    yes its true it is a marketing pitch but at the same time its also a fact. dili pareha sa uban na puros lang pangilad ug pamakak. I am an in-house agent from Ayala Land and its really very easy for us to sell because the name is already there. Not being biased and all but Ayala is still the best and the biggest real estate developer in the country so you cant go wrong jud with investing with Ayala. actually di jud muubos ang value sa imu condo in fact it will even increase per year guaranteed. Thats based on our developments all over the Philippines even when our country went through an economic crisis. Karon diri sa Cebu grabe na ang demand sa condos mao na grabe na pud ang supply karon. if u notice all over the city daghan kaayo gatukod ug condos from different developers. so if ur thinking about getting one, make the right choice so you wont regret it in the end.

    I bought a condo cash..akong gi research first kay and track record sa developer,unsa ka stable and company,then nag ask ko sa mga bank managers regarding sa projects sa developer kay mostly adto man jud na i-evaluate sa bank if nay mo loan to acquire sa mga condo units,so mga bank managers jud kabaw kinsa ang maayo ug track record.after nku pili sa developer nag pili ko sa ila mga projects,unsa ila security agency gi kuha para sa building para maka hibaw ko unsa ka secure.Tapos ask ko sa registry of deeds ug land registration ug naa bay problema ang developer sa pag award sa land/unit title sa buyer..after all the hustle and that diha pako ni Buy sa akong 1 bed room unit,maski mahal but worth kay walking distance ra sa ayala and less than 2mins to Sm if way trapik..ako lang jud issue about sa Condo is you have to buy you own parking slot then bayad napod kag monthly Dues aside sa imong unit..duha imong monthly dues sa unit ug sa parking lot..ang pait ug naay mga laagan nga same floor kay mostly mo uli kadlawon sa ba kaayo...

    Your needs will justify whether getting a condo unit is a good investment or not. You can only tell whether it is a good investment or not if it caters your needs. Needs that aren't only for short term but long term as well. Before getting one, plan it well.

    Dont buy condo now, cebu condo are extremely better save your money want wait 3 to 5years from now. if you notice condo are rising like mushrooms here in cebu.. expect price will down up to 60%in the next 5years or up due to overpopulation of condo building in cebu. if you compare pricess of condo herein cebu frommanila the capial city isverymuch higher...
