    keep yourself health!
    tips on health:
    1. Always wash top part of canned items (drinks or food). These canned goods were stored in bodegas and there are possibilities that rats urinate or defecate on them especially if the bodega is a very old building. Rats urine and fecal is very fatal.
    2. Do not put your handbags on your dining table. Handbags ahve been to a lot of places and they may have bacterias and germs on them.
    3. Change pillow sheets and bed sheets often- dust mites dwell on them
    4. Always make it a habit to wash hands often.

    exercise everyday. drink lotsa water, lotsa veggies

    I do cardio exercises by running the treadmill and jogging

    jog 4-5 times a week
    lift some weights
    keep myself busy mentally

    lots of water and fresh milk
    lots of veggies
    sleep well
    take supplements like glutathione, enervon, etc

    -- arkaebo (aerobics, karate & boxing)
    -- biking

    -i swim on saturdays (1.5 hrs.)
    -drink lots of water
    -eat a lot of fruits
    -drink wine...it's an antioxidant
    -limit my rice intake during supper.

    parkour.. the thing that im really in to lately. very good to keep myself fit, and losing weight too
