To summarize Ron Paul for you, he is against what america has been for the last 2 decades... never wanted to be a global guardian and nation grabber and war mongerer.... but to dismiss US effect on world, especially on economy is surely being ignorant.... how do you determine the value of our current fiat currency? that one question alone should make you aware of its profound implications...

if you've read the book "NOLOGO", it discusses issues of outsourcing from the US. If their economy collapsed that is their own willful doing. They tried to minimize their margins. True, the prices dropped, gave jobs to the rest of the world but at what cost to them? It took away too much of the money and the jobs from them.

Its their foreign policy and government overregulating businesses that has driven their manufacturing industry overseas... they have tried to run a welfare state for so long and trying to be the heroes of democracy, and with an invulnerable to any law Federal Reserve printing money out of thin air, US dug its grave...like the roman empire.....

Here is my own "conspiracy" take: ever notice that every one who ever spoke out vocally about "human rights" and abuses end up getting killed? I don't know if that is irony but i cannot understand why someone who is PRO LIFE would be targeted for assassination.
