Yes. basta reduce pay also to reflect the 4 days of work. I will look for other jobs that are more rewarding on the side.

working two jobs is only good if the primary job is clerical and doesn't require overtime.

10 hours a day for 4 days para lang ma 40 hours a week ? by looking at numbers murag kaya ra pero..
inreality lisud ning 10 hours a day oi, draining and makaluya ni na work. Not to mention if mag overtime pa ka average of 2 hours, ayaw ko ingna 12 hours a day jd imo matrabaho.. that gives you 12 hours for personal time, minus 8 hours (of sleep) so 2 hours nalang will be used for travel home, and then what? diretso tulog!

Kung IT(dili callcenter) related nga job murag milagro man guro nga 8 hours ra ka ana. So add on cost napud sa company if 4 day work week ra kay mapugos man sila ug hatag ug allowance/etc.

i work in an IT industry for 8 years now and wla ko kasabot sa imo pasabot na "milagro man guro nga 8 hours ra ka ana".. you mean impossible na 8 hours ra kng IT? its not that impossible with proper scheduling with the right skilled people. And working beyond 8 hours is not a norm, if it happens very often, then there is something wrong in doing the skedule that matches the skill of the developers.. mismatch ang giset na schedule and maybe perhaps wrong people for the project.
