divorce is not really God's will but because man is hard headed we can say that man's law permit a divorce.... a divorce case is more expensive to process than annulment, honestly and custody of children will be determined by the judge..... it's really crazy you know.

mas maayo divorce. kay an impartial judge will decide on how to partition the conjugal properties, child custody. kay kung between warring spouses... lisod mag agree. kay di man gyud pa-alkanse ang usa diba?
so.. mauso na, if ever, ang mga prenuptial agreements sa pilipinas. hahaha!!!
