should we say life is like a gamble but theres a difference between that. kay lets put it this way... kung magsugal ka naka depende ka sa card..your chances are 50-50...you may win or lose. kung ma pildi kwarta ra ang mawala sa imo. You cannot apply the strategies in gambling cards to real life coz then you are putting your life in jeopardy. You have to try harder in order to survive. Di ka pwedeng maghulat na lang sa mangga kung kanus a mohinog ug kanus a mahulog sa imo baba or maghulat sa opportunidad na moabot sa imo life. You have to make the first move. you have to make it happen. It takes a lot of effort and hard work and sometimes you have to risk your life in order to attain your aspirations in life. Coz we know that in the end there is always a reward in return for everything we do.

naturally! ah but that what makes us ask the question if it is a gamble or not. kung mag tanga lang ka nya mag hulat kung kanus-a mahulog ang mangga then THAT is not a gamble my dear friend, that is pure inaction.

the reward that u are talking about is actually the consequence of the gamble (i.e. the "choice") that u took. it is but a face of the janus-like identity of the consequences... reward and punishment are but two sides of the same coin.

yeah it is.. the greater the risk the more fulfillment you feel when you achieve your goal.. but it hurts more when you lose.. just like in gambling... the greater you bet the greater your winnings..


in life if you want to give less and earn more the greater the consequencies like you have a lesser chance in winning.. in gambling if the bet is too low compared to the winning.. then the probability that you will win is quite low...
