Ma'am. The way the CI acted is really inappropriate and unacceptable. Tell your frame to pursue the case, dapat makahibaw ang mga CI and managers on how to handle cases like this, ang police man gani dili man gani mag ingon ana sila pa nuon? If that were to happen to me i'd push through until I get my message over that what they did was wrong and I would get their apology. Bisag wala pa sila office they could've talked to you in a professional manner. Ngano kihanglan dak.on ang tingog? Gipakauwawan man jud mo ato sa CI, you should teach that CI a lesson. Also the manager-policy, policy sila nga they did not even hear the story of your friend. Prejudiced ra kaayo sila.

The issue here is not about Rose pharmacy but between you , the cashier and the CI . You should make follow up inquiries and sue the cashier and whoever the CI was employed to . That was not acceptable at all . That is degrading to you and a traumatic experience due to you're embarrassment . In the case na employed or organic ang CI sa pharmacy then talk to the chain of command , you should be armed with dates , time , names , witnesses , receipt , place of incident . good luck to you .

Share nako na experience pod ni about CI sa Rustans in Paseo Arcenas . I normally shop there because I lived nearby . Ang kana opaw n bodlaton na CI Che sunod2 nako gyud every time mo adto ko since I go there in my house clothes unlike the other well off people na dress up kaayo mag grocery . Pag abot nako sa cashier , I asked for the manager and I requested the presence of that CI so we can talk because I have a complaint . To make the story short , I ended up teaching pa the CI the proper way to become an effective undercover hehehe gi ahak .

definitely sala sa cashier and sa CI.. its just a matter of reasoning na wala niya na sulti... better call it on a radio station or journalist pra sad ma tawag ila attention.

I am really disturbed by what happened to your friend. I am on her side. I am a lawyer by profession and I really want to help her. You may PM me if she is ready to talk about it in person with me. I am giving her my services for free.

if it is their policy na anything na mo-gawas sa store na wala na-bayaran mo bayad sila ug x10.. then dili sila mag inisog they could just have said "ma'am I understand na dili nimo intention siguro not to pay for the item... and basin nalimot lang gyud ka... let's say nalimot ang cashier ug punch or wala siya kadungog nimo nga ni ingon ka i-apil ang bottled water, pero policy man gud namo ma'am na responsibility sa buyer na ang tanan items mo gawas sa store have been paid for... if it happens, the customer has to pay x10 sa original price. I hope makasabot lang ta ta ma'am sa store policy... another thing ma'am i would like for you to write a promissory note na mag double check ta sunod if all the items have been paid for before leaving the premises of the store, para mas aware lang ta sunod ba ..."

I mean that would have been better than accusing someone right away nga nag shop lift... then gi isog-isogan pa.... murag naka minus..... if strong ilang feeling nga shoplifting gyud.. dapat nag investigate sa sila... arggghh mag lagot ko mag huna2x oie...

ang akong miga... she also knows and understands her miss in that particular incident man sad... nga iyang responsiblity sad mo check to make sure everything had been paid for.. but how she was handled by that CI and by management in that branch of rose pharmacy was not right at all.... naka-minus gyud... and that's her main concern...

Wala unta ka ni write sa promisory note friend of TS. Naa man kay right, pinugsanay mana ilaha oie. And for a freaking bottled water? I mean why go through all those things when you are willing to pay. Although naa cla company policy they should investigate thoroughly, kay diba you are innocent unless proven guilty.

As for ur friend TS, always check your money & receipt before leaving any shops.
