i hate people smoking outside skyrise bldg. ang uban dili jud magpadaplin. anha jud sa tunga sa dan. mga feeling raba kaayo. grrr

Most would rely on the idea of moderation or that what they refer to as safety dosage
But again the moderation part is very easy to distort or twist...naa uban 10 sticks a day is moderate
uban 2-5 packs a day moderate daw. hahahah
