I don't think "lusyang" is the term for such person. I think judgmental is the term for that.

And why do we have to choose who's "lusyang" or not? Does it really matter? We all become "lusyang" one way or another. Are you just trying to convey that "lusyang" is your term of expression for people whom you abhor or people who piss you off? If so, a thread like this doesn't need to exist.
