There comes a time when we feel so low and sad. We feel the weight of the world in our shoulder. (Am I exaggerating already?) It is in these times that we need to loosen a bit, get a breath of fresh air and exclaim with euphoria the word--AWESOME!

There might be one specific time when you feel exulted. Mind to share it to us? Let us start a list of those things,activities,people or places that helped you destress. Who knows, that might also work to other istoryans.
