Thanks bro (Ramini). The life of the historical Dracula and the fictionary character of Bram Stoker's novel do have a lot of similarities. It is still being argued though if Stoker (who never been in that part of Europe) really based his fictionary character from Vlad Tepes because the only thing Stoker knows about Vlad III is a book that briefly says something about the ruler. But it can't be argued that they do have a lot of similarities. Both bears the same name (which means "son of the dragon" of "son of the Devil) and both are rulers who made an oath to defend Christianity against the Ottoman Empire.
