naa koy question specially sa OP ug sa mga MODs..

    unsay point ani na thread?

sa pagtan.aw nako kay murag nahimu na defensive ang OP to defend that tech support job is not for a no brainer job, which is obviously true, since no job is a no brainer job, if theres such as thing na no brainer job, machine na motrabaho ana (or a mechanical robot).

obviously this thread will start some arguments na dli ma control, whats the point of continuing this thread when theres 90% chance na if naay mosupak sa thread starter kay mapalawan jd dayun..

What you learn in school does apply in life , nor in your field of work . maybe some

there are a lot of college graduate nga walay trabaho .

call center is a dead end job , might be bec . theres no where to go being on top .

but from youre experience , handling customers is one of the most important in business life .

And so as attitude . which will greatly help your future .. be in sales or business world .

daghan man undergrad sa callcenter , but they develop the skill that they didnt learn in school ..

daghan man sang professional nga dumb . graduate pero walay nakat unan sa skwelahan or sa course.

I would strongly disagree to those people jd who discriminates call center agents na stagnant ra ang learning but the fact is, you think everyday on how to resolve your customer's issues/queries and it really drains you out because you are really using your brain and think.

Good thing about call centers is that they provide us jobs so we may be able to support our families financially and unsaun nlng kung wla'y mga cc. grabeh cguro jd kaau ang crime rate nato kay mang hold up nlng, mang snatch ug uban pa.

So Call center career sometimes can discipline a character sometimes can boos a patience.
D ko taga call center pero mao ni akong na observerhan nila taga call center.

Some agents escalate a lot of easy issues that can really be solved without their sups' help. If you are a QA/Team Lead etc, I know, you are aware some of your team members are not fit to work in this industry.
Every call center company has different standards and employee qualification. We all know big call center companies always screen/filter agents constantly from time to time. But sometimes, with the demand of higher manpower and other factors, they tend to hire less capable, what ever you call it.
Im not saying all of the agents are dumb but there are alot who are just not that good but keep on boasting it.
Honestly, saludo ko sa ubang agents. Makabuak sa ulo ang ubang issues. I just want to share my opinion and observation.
    I rest my case.
Anyway I think discrimination is not the right word but stereotyped and generalized.
