safe gyd naa AVR.. naa mn gud dapit sa atoa nga usahay mghighvoltage, tagaktak gyd ang PSU or M'board kung mao. to be safe, palit na lng gyd AVR..

^^cguro ug mahalon nga AVR safe, pero kanang pakapin impas japon PSU nmo ana...

So far 1yr na ako system without AVR but using a Seasonic PSU, wala may problema, bisan pag naa gawelding while using PC sharing same circuit breaker...
