    Ha-ha-ha! ..ooppsss!
Sorry if i have offended you.

I've ruled it out as "sour-graping" 'coz its obvious.

And, i had a more or less related experience before - not on job application though, but with stupid HR's.
Stupid as in super animal jud that i want to sugba her in nagbagang uling!

And i definitely dont work for "which company was it again". hi-hi-hi! Check my posts and you'd know.

Bai! You shouldn't be quick to jump conclusions.
Sour-graping or not, it is a mere fact this kind of discrimination exists.
I CAME from a company which was very very particular with their hires.
They only allow married applicants if they are male and has a backer.
They won't even allow applicants with children.
They will also "encourage" new hires not to get married within the next two years.
They won't regularize employees if you get pregnant.
They don't hire nursing grads and education grads and I'm not talking about a call center.
Though it is easy to say it is HR's fault, they are simply doing the dirty work.
Management is to blame for allowing such rude practices.

I also remember they re-bargain your salary after hearing an offer earlier in the recruitment process.

i think dili man cguro hindrance ang naay ka live-in kung mangaply ug trabaho...
kay para naku dili mana ang basihan sa imong skills ug talent...
what if kung ikaw ra ang kabalo ana nga work, nya walay lain makabalo, dont tel me
dili ka e hire for that reason nga naa kay ka live-in....
mas nindot hinoon nang naa kay ka live-in nya ga work ka kay maningkamot jud ka ba
aron makatigum jud para naay ipakasal...
so as kung single ka, latagaw man gud imong hunahuna, dili bitaw straight imong thinking...
    thats all thank you!!!!!!

exactly it is not fair... but is it really the reason gyud nga wa siya gidawat? i-sure lang bah coz in thelabor code it was not stated or written there nga dili dawaton. no one should not be deprive if ingon ana nga butang... di man na ma apektahan imong skills and capabilities kay tungod naa lang kay ka live-in stupid though au... OK ra kaayo na mga bro, isumbong ng companyaha if mao na ila main reason nga wa ka gidawat.

preogative na sa company the labor code has nothing to do with it... pareha rani if mahibaw-an ka nga member kag union... ever wonder why some questionaire giinclude ni nila "Are you a member of a workers union?"
