This proves how Filipinos are so desperately seeking attention to foreiners. It's shocking that government employees are also joining the ridiculous trend. ATTENTION WHORES !!! Sooo obvious !!!

Guinness record or not, I think the 7,000+ dancers can be counted as well.

Come to think of it, those 7,000+ dancers could have done something better like cleaning up the streets instead.
