nothing wrong if you do it in a developed country like the USA, Japan, etc. but when you do it in a developing country like the Philippines, samotan pa gyud nga daghan korakot, ultimo LAMP POST kurakoton paman gani. then you're gonna have problems.

im interested if cebu city could actually build this underwater tunnel. this would really be useful in improving the traffic situation in the city. but then there are more pressing issues which needs to be prioritized first b4 this.

    totally agree with this.

it's funny that politicians have the AUDACITY to think of such a project, which could cause millions if not billions of the people's money. for what? to ease traffic congestion? you hear a lot of bullshit from politicians and this is one of the best. look at the Filipino people and how poor they are, and these greedy politicians actually have the guts to plan an underwater tunnel?? hahahaha! why can't they put the money into good use? like----hmmmmm... perhaps put food on the table of millions of Filipinos who are unemployed? or, did they ever think of improving our TRAFFIC LAWS and strengthening traffic enforcement to ACTUALLY ease the congestion?

maybe within ten years naa na ni..

para nako, sakto ra baya ang traffic laws nga gipatupad.....the problem is the drivers on the streets disobeying those laws....another will be the congestion because of Filipinos buying a lot of cars more than enough for their family....and naa long ko point pero off-topic ni ha, the reason for the poverty of the Filipinos must not only be contributed to the corrupt politicians, but due to overpopulation of our country...
