i heard about this from my colleagues who hailed from makati. i hope mahimo pud ni niya sa tibouk nasod. bisan dili lng usa 100% basta magsugdan lang, ok na.

for further explanation nganu nalibre ang education sa makati, refer to my last post.... hehehe =) so if u compare it from makati to philippines, dli nya mahimong libre ang tanan... only in makati...

ahaha free jud naah sis coz makati is one of the small cities in the philippines... minute rajud kaau ang makati kompara cebu city.... plus lots of rich companies dominating makati city... so ang budget, no need naah for putting infrastructures like roads, plazas, etc kai ang rich companies naah ang muhandle ana.... ang budget adto nlng punta sa education og hospitals....

bitaw. though makati has half the population of cebu city, it's not an excuse nga walay free education and etc sa cebu city. besides, daghan man sad dagku na businesses in cebu city.

as wat my parents said, daan nanang progressive jud ang makati.... and it will always be because of all the big and rich companies nga nkabalandra sa ilang lugar sauna pah... its not merely because of binay or any other politicians why ing-ana kanindot ang makati.... better go and research about history of makati...

ang nkanindot lng ni binay, wla nya gsayang ang kwarta sa citizen... iya jud gbutang sa education and health ang budget mao ng naai libre education... but remember, makati is a very minute city rajud compared to cebu.... thats y saun ra imanage ni binay....the question is, can he manage the Philippines? mkahatag kha xag libre education sa tanan?! i dont think so.... dungog pud kaau c binay sa iyang pangalan kai he's a good friend of the late president corazon aquino... we'll just see if how he can manage a very big volume of population....
