hello, can i ask where i could apply a formal complain about their (leona's) cakes. last night (9/7/2011) i bought a rockyroad whole cake from their branch near uc banilad. And as we were slicing the cake, we saw a very long strand of HAIR! and its inside the cake as in! and while i was eating a slice of it, i found another one, this time its shorter. I didn't expect that their cakes are of this kind of quality? and the whole cake costs 750 which is quite expensive compared to other cake shops. I was really disappointed. Ganahan man ta kaayo ko sa chocolate surprise, pero wla naman mao rockyroad ako gitry..
