I spoke to two businessmen here in Cebu. The first guy is the brother of Master Cho Kuk Sui (I don't know if I spelled it correctly). The late Master Cho Kuk Sui is the founder of Pranic Healing and he's a Cebuano. I met him (the brother not the founder) when I asked for psychic healing here in Cebu and went to their house. The second guy owns a Mediterranian restaurant.
