very nice post.. i could truly relate
not so much with "family vs dog" part though.. but with the sooo abundant love and affection i have for all my dogs..
i also had my first dog when i was 22.. i wasnt much of a dog fan before that. i used to be very scared of dogs.. not until my boyfriend brought his dog Hapi in my place and had to leave him with me for 1 whole week. he had to since their whole family left for a vacation.. my boyfriend made sure i'd overcome my fear of dogs before they left. 1 week had passed, and i felt so attached with the dog that i never wanted to give him back. i kept dreaming of owning a dog everyday since then.. until march 24 2007 came. my dad bought me a puppy, who i named Mocha.. after a month, i bought another 1, who i named Peanut.. And today, i now have 10 dogs. i love them all verryyy much!!
