    AGREE SAD KO ANI!
and even many parents dont want their children to go to school as what they believe that "WALAY NADATO SA SKWELA DAW" a very poor belief and yet they are saying this to their children. so ang mga bata dili nlang nahan mu skwela jud. inig dako2x na sa bata, ingon daun undang nlang jud ko swkela ky "saon taman pobre man jud mi nya c papa dryber lang, si mama labandera lang so ngita nalang ko trabaho para mkatabang ko nila papa n mama sa gasto sa ako SIYAM KA IGSUON!" butangi! SIYAM KABUOK! if only he has 2 or 1 sibling then maybe mka padayun pa cya skwela unta and who knows mkakita ug descent work. this I beleive is one reason why this bill was created.

..i guess na abolish naman ni nga bill..

..this bill was proposed my Edcel Lagman way back 2005..

..the bill don't have punitive rules, wherein if someone is not to abide will not be punished..although, it has an incentive rule..

..pero, may pagka ideal ang incentives..such as a free education for tertiary level sa mga anak atong mag-asawang nakasunod..

..still, the bill encourages parents to be responsible and use family planning..contraceptives is also quite encourage, but greatly discourages abortion..

..daghang pinoy, pero daghan wala trabaho..sayang lang human resources sa Pinas, gamay ra opportunity..

then who will discipline sa mga tawo? can someone do it? even the churches certainly can't and no one can in fact. thats why we have so called LAWS for the people to obey and be controlled. we got to admit it that certain things just cannot be controlled by the church. its only a LAW that people can be controlled bytheway. do we have to wait for another decade for us to decide whether this bill is to be implemented? we should have the vision to look what is ahead of us, 10 yrs...20 yrs...or 50 yrs!
the bill is just controlling the number of children but never to prohibit for having one.
many filipinos are just so HYPOCRITE! ingon2x daun nga immoral ni nga bill or anti-life nga law. we are very selective in terms of immorality, we only say its immoral if a part of our freedom has been controlled or part of our lives that we are not contented. we only can see the dark side of it and not the good side.
try to see the BIGGER PICTURE OF THE BILL before we say anything. if you cant see then understand it, if you can't understand it then go back to school, if you cant go back to school then ask your parents, if your parents didn't understand too then THATS THE WHOLE REASON WHY THE BILL IS CREATED FOR PEOPLE WHO DON"T UNDERSTAND OR CANNOT UNDERSTAND AT ALL!!!

Maayo jud ni nga dali-on ug implement before it's too late.

I strongly believe in a two child policy, That's what our nation AS OF THE MOMENT desperately needs right now....

Rich or Poor Filipinos, they should have a maximum of two children.....

and those rich families who has extra money because they only have 2 children can help(if they want)
    the poor family(charities, foundation etc....)

Then we can lift the two child policy law if our situation is a little bit more stable...
