hello mga dude. I also have my HP dv2700 artist edition and having 8400 na Nvidea video card. kapin 1 year na pud. and now as most people encounter ang akoa kay mag flicker na ang screen naay ma pink or green na mogawas then mo hang up. mo no display daun.. then Init sad kaau... nag search2x pud ko sa net mao gud daw mostly problem with this video cards.

So ako unta asa man pwede makapaayo ani? ako gipatan aw sa Green Valley Ramos ilang pangayo is 5.5k then 1 month warranty lang. Pero medyo bug at2x raman gud.. Naay lain nailhan ninyo? ug unsaon mani sya ilisan ni ug lain chipset? or?

bro,

ang cause sa flicker was possibly the GPU but the heat issue kay i think need rana cleaning kay possible naa dust nka stuck in between sa heatsink and fan. Better ipa clean na para mka likay sa further issues. Try to call 4164850, 5057279 for inquiries, mo repair na sila all IT equipments.

Had my HP Pavilion DV2775ee fixed by Hot Toyz in Quezon City.

Spent P 5,000.00 for the GPU replacement. NVidia 8400GS 128MB.

sorry for reviving this thread but my uncle asked me on helping him to troubleshoot his HP DV9000 lappy.
