    This is not a technical problem anymore.
    Technical problems can be solved within a day.
    Logistics issues can be solved in three days.
    Competency problems takes forever... they do not know what they are doing...
    I'm afraid youre right blitz. This is a competency problem.

    Update:
    Still down here in Mabolo. Called the *2888/*1888 number 5 times ... did not solve the problem. Called the Cebu office ... said problem is with Manila.

    Are they really doing anything about this problem? A whole week without access is simply too much. Is this still part of the supposedly "UPGRADE"? Honestly their service is not getting better. It was good the first week. 2nd week was bad. 3rd week was when the problems started. 4th week no access at all.

    same here.. ma-Ping ang default gateway
    but no name resolution, no routing (cannot ping ip address of yahoo directly, bypassing DNS)

    if 192.168.224.1 is also the DHCP server, this service seems to be down... what port is this service using? port 53?
    There are 5 open ports at 192.168.224.1 (80:http,443:https,2601,5280,8080roxy)

    my ipconfig info:

    ip 192.168.253.255
    subnet 255.255.224.0
    gateway 192.168.224.1

    i suggest flushing the dns. sometimes maka solve ni sa problem.

    waahh!!! nagcge lang ko reset sa device nila kay maputol man gud kanang 192.167.224.1 murag mao na ang device nila, ping lang ang DNS server

    type:

    ipconfig/all
