Emergency First Response (EFR) has just released the NEW guidelines for Primary Care (CPR) and Secondary Care (First Aid) today..December 2005 revisions has to be discarded and the NEW October 2010 guidelines should take effect immediately at most MAY of 2011..Simplified and Easy to take note but needs time to incorporate with the previous guidelines of 2005..This is another success of hard works by people who had dedicating their lives for others.."so that, others may live!"..a pre-requisite prior to the RESCUE diver course..for updates, u may visit EFR website > emergencyfirstresponse.com..

Sir, maayong gabii. Ganahan ko mag dive pero wala pajud ko kasuway mag dive dive (kana rang dive sa mga swimmers. hehe) Pila damage ani bro? Wala pakoy gear and dili pako willing mupalit ug gear kay wa pa nako ma feel mopalit ug gears.. Pila kaha estimate bro?

The Philippine Commission on Sports Scuba Diving (PCSSD) had just launched the Recreational Diver's Protection Plan (RDPP) which will serve as a privilege for all recreational divers both on the certified and professionals.
Hope this will go at least a LEVEL further as time permits. We filipinos usually are deprived from having the BASIC services in the society. Let us hope things like this will eventually prosper to the extent that they should be. Cheers!
