Gi allow na nila mga civilian volunters to counter the MILF mao na purpose not to Create a Monster .. but unfortunately gi himo na sila ug army sa mga warlords vendetta na nahitabo ... kining mga Private armies naa pani sila sueldo sa goberno.

Ammend ra sa Constitution a solution ani problemaha ... tinood sab gi gamit na sila sa administration during the past election ... bisan karon 2010 gamiton gihapon na ... way mahimo AFP ana nila.
