    yep per payday.. so 24k a month. kainos ang health insurance. ok rman para nako. aahhhmm.. suwayi lang mam. bag.o man sad gud na na accnt oi. bsan nice ang bonuses ana na accnt. den ahhhmm.. 9hrs and 30 mins pud ang work. dili pareha sa uban na 9 hrs ra. 8hrs phone time jud dapat sa emax sa uban kai 7 hrs and 30 mins ra man. mao na ang faet.

    Uy, naa man mandatory OT ang Eper. My boyfriend works there and BS baya ilang system. At least that's what he told me. I've become wary of companies nga same ug OT style sa Eper.

    seriously? mkadwt mu ana ka dako? that's more than what i was earning as a clinical instructor.. hehehe hopefully ung ana pud ang ila healthcare account as long as well compensated ok ra mn guro na mgwrk ug 9 hrs.. if newbie pa pila mn na ang basic?

    ^ money matters to them. not the human capacity. nagtuo ra man gud sila nga ingana kasayon pagbuhat ana...

    life would be way better without the call centers in general. dont ask me why. just my opinion

    OT is a business need especially karon na holiday season and daghan pajud niresign ug awol pagdawat sa 13th month pay. ang luoy ang mga employees who chose to stay kay sila musuffer sa mga selfish call center hoppers.

    in my entire stay here which is more than a year sad, ok ra kau sya. when i resigned it was because of personal reason. ok ra kaau ni nako nga kompanya.
    try mog accenture hehehe and feel the difference

    katawa jud ko ani! sori ha pero callcenters are the reason nagka nindot atong life ron. more people can afford to buy things so yeah ang economy diri cebu nagka nindot. try ra gud adto sa PESO, DMDP ug uban pa government agencies, daghan jud jobless pa, tua naglinya tibuok adlaw para lng makakita ug trabaho.

    about sa OT, wala man jud OT kung sakto lng ang staffing pero saon man nga naa man jub uban taw moundang lng ug kalit. so that would mean na modaghan trabaho sa uban and they can only cover a certain amount of calls sa time nila so that mean mandatory OT jud para meet ang demand sa client. naa bya pud benefits ang OT, like before WAMU was paying around P200/hr sa OT if i remember it correctly, now its different.
