i don't understand about the analogy between envelop and the lack of votes. the second envelop was not opened because they got the vote. the second impeachment will not be elevated to the senate because they lack the vote. ang tawo masuko jud na kung ang iya ganahan dili mahitabo. masuko ta pero we have to follow the rule or resort to people power or kudeta and what have you. be sure nga daug mo para dili mo mapreso.
