    kadto nag gym ko b4. . nka lost kug 5lbs in 6days. .ako style ato ky cardio everday. .nya mag sugud kog hapon. around 4-5pm. .mahuman ko gym mga 7pm. . eneg abot nako dle nako mag dinner. but pde ka mag biscuit lng or saging. .basta lng b4 ka mag gym u eat carbo pod para dle ka dokaon sa gym. .

    karon wla nako nag gym ky wala na budget. . diet nlng ko then basketball nya akong soda ky evryweekends nlng. .

    pwede baya.... hmmm... ice cream is basically cream, milk and sugar... you can try subsituting the milk for soy milk and the sugar for something like splenda or something.. at least you can still enjoy a frozen dessert..

    my diet includes nutritious protein shake as meal replacement. It has complete vitamins and minerals and all necessary nutrients for the cells. It targets cell nutrition. Now I lost 10 lbs in 4 weeks... with no exercise, simply just good nutrition. I eat 5 times a day. I eat everything I like. I don't starve my self to death. And I don't spend hours in physical exercise. Lovely!
