kadto nag gym ko b4. . nka lost kug 5lbs in 6days. .ako style ato ky cardio everday. .nya mag sugud kog hapon. around 4-5pm. .mahuman ko gym mga 7pm. . eneg abot nako dle nako mag dinner. but pde ka mag biscuit lng or saging. .basta lng b4 ka mag gym u eat carbo pod para dle ka dokaon sa gym. .
karon wla nako nag gym ky wala na budget. . diet nlng ko then basketball nya akong soda ky evryweekends nlng. .
