    When I'm depressed or under my senti mood, I just stay in my room and starve myself the whole day. Then I contemplate on the matters at hand then I cry myself out till I ran out of tears....As for happiness, you will never be in a perfect situation. You need to make proactive mental efforts to make yourself think optimistically. It's your perception of your life, not your life, that makes you happy. How likely are you to make friends if you go to school every day thinking: "I hate myself; nobody will ever like me"? Change your attitude. Think: "I know that I am a worthwhile person; maybe there is someone out there who just feels just as lonely as I do. I should find ways to make everyone have the best day possible. I'm going to be happy today." Etc. You can look inspirational quotes up online, if you have to. Smile- it's the easiest psychological way to boost your mood. You just got to realize that you have control over your emotions and can CHOOSE to happy. It just takes a lot of self-control. You got yourself into your rut with your negative thinking; you are able to get yourself out of it with positive thinking...
