Within a week two enclosures have fallen apart. Not an ideal situation when trying to contain venomous animals. Hopefully Ken will remedy the situation, but at the moment I cannot recommend these items!![]()
how did it fall apart?
One of the small enclosures literally fell into four pieces when closing the lid. The problem would seem to be with the adhesive.
One corner of the large enclosure has started splitting from top to bottom, again due to poor adhesion, this happened overnight with no handling. I also suspect that the acrylic is too thin and that flexing is putting stress on the joints which already have small surface area for corner contact.
The style of these enclosures is nice and I would order more if only I could be confident about their sturdiness.

bro ken musta?mrag naa lgi ka disappointed na customer dra. na resolve nana bro?
basing on the law of physics..... there is always a reaction for a certain action... meaning the enclosure can't split into pieces without any external force applied to it... i have one enclosure(4x4x5) bought from ken and its durable ... there are many factors that could have contributed to such an event...it could have been from the suppliers fault, sellers fault or customers fault... so still up for my brother KEN....![]()
Please read my post more carefully. The item that was in pieces did so while closing the lid. The other item's has not fallen to pieces, but is exhibiting problems. I am not being difficult or demanding, if Ken had offered a way to rectify the situation I would undoubtedly be buying more items. Being that my concerns were ignored I have no choice other than to find an alternative supplier.
