Hmmm I am from colon but must have been very old place? Nah, cant really recall of a such a place. I heard "Hang-Out" was very popular before, just dont have an idea what it was like and what entertainment they gave..

I remember passing by these places when I was in grade school. Sa City Hall man nagtrabaho akong mama, and my brother, after picking me up from school, used to ply this route toward City Hall. I didn't have a clue about clubs and bars then, but these two signs stood out---so much that I actually spelled terrace right when we had our daily spelling quiz.
