i loved my china phone. bisan kapila natagak, nabuak nalang ang casing, pero ang screen OK pa kaayo...

kani ila procedure sa QC3 sounds fishy ra kaayo. the unit ddnt even reached 24hrs since last bought unya naa daun problema? isnt it covered with any form of warranty watsoever? abtika ra gud nakaingon 1000 for the repair, wen in fact kahibaw sila bag-o pa gipalit.ug negligence, was there any evidence to prove it? like dent sa casing, cracks, or watsoever?

if this case is stil goin on, better change inyo pamaagi dha. dili tanan taw pwede nyo mailad.

kamo dile mn ko mu take sides.pero ang ako lang sir.i report nalng sa sec and consumer protection.bisan china or bisan orig imo paliton naay warranty from dop. ang warranty normally 1 yr jd na. palihug daw ko basa sa inyo mga warranty cards.naay exclusions diba.so beyond that kng wla cya ma cover sa exclusion kinahanglan jud na i pa replace or ipa ayo with no extra cost or money back.if not then maau pa i could give you the numbers sa ako kaila para they can inspect the store youve purchased and from there mkitan kng ila ba g follow ang ato law...i know kutob ra sa papel ato balaod pero if we dont start to apply this to situations like this aw...kinsa ra ang ma alkansi ani.diba.
