Ato kalingawan og sulay hehehehehe......
i think this is a good idea... what is 100 million against 11 billion contract.. nya mo fail ra di i ghapn of having credible output...
murag lisod nman na karun bro, that people will be honest for just one day, especially since there is a global economic crisis, mapalit nman gani ang butar sa tao for a mere 500 pesos. But we can't blame people for choosing to be like that, coz they are just being practical, and most of them think that regardless who will win the election, there will always be cheating....
Wow... his very confident that the filipino hackers can't do this. hahahaha woi katong mga walay lingaw og gusto mo datu dayon pag study namo onsaon ni pag hack kay instant kwarta nani. hahaha
sos....wlay raba program na dli ma mabungkag...swerti dli na akong field. hehehehe
Most of the people here didn't get what cayetano has in his resolution.
He is testing the people from COMELEC and not the hackers. Mao bitaw he wants it tested through whoever can do it para if unsa resulta the 11 billion can be spared from it and sue the contractor. Kaklaro ana!
If whoever can do it, mas maayo na mahibaw-an daan kaysa ang gipanghinambog sa comelec na okay ba or dili ang proseso.
Besides, the malicious title of this thread is the one accusing Cayetano of challenging the hackers when in fact it's a comelec official is challenging the cyber security experts.
Cayetano said the resolution, which he would file on Monday, was in response to a statement by a Comelec official challenging cyber security experts to test the system for weaknesses.
“The most effective way to test if indeed a system is credible, reliable and tamper-proof or fraud-proof is to offer a sizable prize to whoever can hack and convincingly show the weaknesses of the system,” Cayetano said in his draft resolution.
