Update:
1.) Testing A New ANTEC True 480 PSU 20 pin with 24 pin adapter.
My 3.3VRail drops to 3.21
5.0VRail drops to 4.96
12.0VRail drops to 11.58
LDT = 1.18

2.) Changed my Overclock to:
FROM 280x9 @ 1.5V to 250x10 @ 1.55V(drops to 1.53V)
Mem Tiimings 2.5,3,3,7 1(T) Dual Channel 1:1
All the rest set it to auto. Im pretty stable.

Note: Im suppost to be getting a new OCZ PSU but no site in the US accepts Phlippine credits card and shipping add is in the US (for my friend to take home )

I pushed it a little more to
255x10 and changed the voltage settings to
1.4V advance CPVID control to 110% since it wouldnt run CPVID 1.55.

IT worked, stable at this BUT....
My temps are pretty hot now, reaching 70 with no aircondition and superPI 32M.. Looking for an immediate solutin, I need a strong 92mm or 80mm fan

THe sempron 2200+ is a 1.5 ghz processor. Its suppose to run @ 1.5 not 1.2. Please change the jumper to 166.

And man, your system is ok ra gyud nothing to feel down about. The challenge there is if you want something higher.. Hehehe.. Overclock! But there are risks in volved if you do, so make sure you do your research first.
