City Hall vs. Capitol
Ang daog. . . si vs.
ako, in all honesty maayo pa mag pinatyanay na lang na sila.
"an eye for an eye will make us all blind." this is what is exactly what is happening to this.
but tom is too much for them to handle. liman ka, gitabangan sa tibuok angkan sa mga garcia nga supposedly mga brilliant lawyers and educated to boot ang usa ka so called bum for the U.S.
how pathetic!
In squid tactics, instead of answering the real issues, he spews ink and distracts the people from it. that's treachery. that's being a snake too.
The Asphalt storm that the City officials are bragging about are just one of those squid tactic moves too...gi timing gyud to muddle the issues and to keep their constituents happy and forget the FLI deal. what a move!
No. the Garcias are not making the smoke. it is the City officials and FLI...the Garcias are just seeing the smoke and want to find the fire. But the City officials are keen in hiding the fire including the posporo. LOLs
That's an exaggeration...like a screaming girl? LOLs that just shows how discriminating u r 2 gender...
The City officials should be the ones to act professional by not issuing motherhood statements instead of answering the questions point by point...natakdan na gyud sa squid tactics ni Tomas...
It seems that City Hall has not yet answered all the questions raised...why do they still have to wait for their dictatorial leader Tomas? perhaps ky basin masayop nya cla ug sulti in public...pyaet must die man gud...LOLs
What's relevant now are the valid questions raised...

Giddyboy:
All questions were answered and I'm satisfied with it.
The lower court has initially decided in favor of the city government and no matter what dli gyud na ma satisfy ang mga Garcia until they have everything they want.
If you say that is squid tactics, how about CICCYou can call that the mother of all squid tactics coz dli gyud open ang Capitol mo discuss. Family friend namo ang contractor, and there are a lot of things that was not made public. But dli nako mo go deeper ana kay basin a libel pa ta. Not worth my time, effort and money.=D
Do you understand what a presidential decree is?!!! I don't think so.
If there a congressional decreeThen we should change the constitution and let congress should run the Philippines if that's what you want.
For crying out loud! Don't you know that's just an expression?
But if na-insulto ka ana, sorry kung na igo ka!!!
Again, more smoke in today's congress session.
They are not waiting for a dictator, but a true leader. Look who's being a dictator now. =p
As long as Tomas is alive and kicking, piti gyud nang mga Garcia bisag unsaon nila. Di gyud na kadut ni Tomas bisag unsaon pa na nila Lols!!! Maka buylo ning mga Garcia kung ma end na term ni Tomas.
are u talking about the 2007 case that is still in the Court of Appeals, or this FLI deal? is it about the City hall ads that were supposed to be posted in 2 local newspapers pag friday? if im not mistaken, ila man cguro gi cancel ug pull out ky naa pa kuno usbon ang mga answers. if otherwise, kindly post it here para atong mabasa.
did u happen to know that the Province already answered all the CICC allegations even via powerpoint presentation point by point? where have u been? LOLs
lots of things that was not made public? like what? how many nails were used? or perhaps what varieties are planted by the landscape artist? LOLs
u know, those things are not necessary to make a sufficient answer to the questions raised against the CICC...there were questions and there were answers done accordingly. No squid tactics.
and remember, let's not try to confuse the CICC with the lamp post issue...
hah! do u even understand what our laws tell about the FLI deal?
Citing provisos of the Constitution and the Public Lands Law, the joint venture contract could be declared null and void because of the Constitutional ban on the sale of alienable lands of public domain to private corporations like FLI.
Cases may be filed against city officials and FLI for violations of the Constitution and the Public Lands Act.
And to think they have been warned already as far as 2 yrs ago pa...
wala ko nainsulto pre kay lalake akong gender pero sensitive ko basta mo undermine na ang tawo sa capability sa babaye. if u r not a misogynist, well good for u.
are u really living in Cebu ryt now? if not, where have u been? it's like u r oblivious of the fact on how Tomas do his being an utterly arrogant mayor nowadays...even some people right now are thinking that VM Rama and the Council nowadays are merely being reduced to being his rubber stamp or doormat nlng...LOLs
true leader my arse! ok pa cguro sauna c Tomas like 10 yrs ago, pero karon? ambot nlng...kuwang nlng himuon ug robot cguro tanang sakop niya diha sa City hall...
and btw, it's not already smoke that they will be talking about in today's Congress session. It's the fire that caused the smoke.

Cebu City prepares for Pablo John's speech

CEBU City officials have prepared to answer more questions on the legality of the joint venture agreement with Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) that Rep. Pablo John Garcia (Cebu Province, 3rd district) may raise in Congress today.
Garcia is scheduled to deliver a privilege speech this afternoon at the House of Representatives, where he will propose an inquiry on the allegedly illegal agreement.
In a presentation last Friday, he and his father, Rep. Pablo Garcia (Cebu, 2nd), advised city officials to devise a plan on how to get out of the joint venture, pointing out provisions of the law that they said remove the foundation of the contract.
Citing provisos of the Constitution and the Public Lands Law, the Garcias said the joint venture contract could be declared null and void because of the Constitutional ban on the sale of alienable lands of public domain to private corporations like FLI.
During the presentation, Pablo John said that as a congressman, he may file cases against city officials and FLI for violations of the Constitution and the Public Lands Act.
In a meeting yesterday, Acting Mayor Michael Rama, Acting Vice Mayor Hilario Davide III, City Administrator Francisco Fernandez and a few city councilors briefed Rep. Raul del Mar (Cebu City, north district) on their reply to the questions raised by the Garcias.
“It was just an informal discussion on our answers to their questions. If they decide to sue the City, we are ready to defend the legality of the joint venture contract. We are prepared for any eventuality,” Davide told Sun.Star Cebu.

Net sa mga Garcia it only goes to show how sour, bitter and pathetic all rolled into one, they are.
nagpama-ak na lang ko sa akong ngabil sa akong mga nahibaw-an first hand sa mga supplier, contractor, etc. and not only that, makita man sad sa project mismo from the carpet, to the ceiling to the paint, to the bathroom, to the sound system among others.
pero ingnon na pud ta ani nga transparent man ang project and open book man ang records, TOINK! mura man ta ug nursery ani.
palihug lang ipatang-tang na ang word na International sa CICC kay maka-uwaw kaayo.
in a related note, in illinois 3 governors have been imprisoned for corruption in the past 3 decades and soon, it will be four with Blagojevich. what a streak huh?!
