There are lots of definition of love. But these will serve a good example.

I'm the situation of a married couple where the husband has another loved one except sa iya wife. That's loving two person at the same time, but not at the same frequency. The husband loves he wife because she's the one who he had married. While, other hand the husband love hes another one because she gives more pleasure to him than his wife do.

Let put it reversely.
The Husband finds love with the new girl, love that he'd never found with his wife, because he was forced to marry her out of unwanted pregnancy. Now the husband only stays with his wife because she is the mother of his child.

So, out of the two. One conclusion you can love two person or more. But it's always not in the same frequency or you can give the same love to both.

It's because the fact that your human and you only one heart and this heart can never be two.. But only in a song. Sana dalawa ang puso ko. Hahahahah.
